This program helps people with disabilities access their community and travel safely. We offer personalised assistance for independent travel to work, medical appointments, school, and social events. Our goal is to help individuals overcome mobility challenges and travel with ease.

Who Can Access This Service?
You may be eligible for Assist Travel and Transport if:
- You have a disability that affects your ability to travel independently
- You are under 65 years of age when applying.
- You are an Australian resident with citizenship, permanent residency, or a Protected Special Category Visa
- You need transport assistance to access work, education, or community activities
